So you change the map because so YOU can have a fair advantage? What if I was lagging on a map and you weren't or someone else? If they or I asked you to change it would you so that I can have a fair advantage? I consider that admin abuse because your the only one that can change the map(plus other manager+), if someone else is lagging on a map they have to deal with it so I would expect you to deal with it to because not everyone can just change the map whenever they are lagging.
