What happened?

(This is a complaint because I 1. am not entirely sure if its all banable and 2. by the time i got his steam ID i wasn't even on garrys mod and felt it wasn't allowed to get back on just to ban someone)

First off it all started when he was door spamming the police building, I had asked him to stop (over voice chat). He then stopped for about 3 seconds or so and then continued again. At this point I readied up with black fire and opened the door to where I had black fire open fire on him. He then cried rdm and demanded i did something, i told him no as he was warned not to spam on the door anymore. he claimed he didn't hear me (Which i think he did) and went on to tell me he turned his voice receive down. i told him that it's not my fault he turned it down.(i have screens of our who convo) which I'd like to point out when most people do they have the common courtesy to put in their name there's no sound or even tell you i cant hear you. he then goes on to threaten me with a report on me. (which he obviously never did) around 15 minutes or so later he is in the jail cell with the mayor talking. after about a minute of that he spams the jail door, i ran in told him to cut the shit and he replys by laughing. after this i said i know you can hear me you liar. he replys by calling me a asshole and says he turned the volume back up to hear us. after that he goes civilian and runs around and shoots a little at the mayor. i said stop and he argued with me over it in a trolling manor saying "he took my wife" as his reason for fail rp. he then goes godfather to kill and mug people, he kills the mayor and we kill him for it, he reply's by laughing, he then mugs someone killing them and we again killed him and he again reply's by laughing(the laughs are in a taunting manor) at this point deadi was on cause i was talking to him about the beginning issue. after he laughed again i said to stop and that he was trolling at this point and told him he started it all the way back as the civilian when i told him they cant shoot mayor and that's fail rp if they do. well i made a to saying they can but meant cant deadi points it out after some arguing) i then say that i meant can't and he reply's sarcastically. at this point i kicked him with the reason "Learn to hold your tongue." because his arguing was annoying at this point ad i was sick of it. he joins back all upset so deadi talks to him to be a handle this, he goes on how i rdmed him for the door spam, which black heart came in to say that he actually killed him(which is true) and deadi repeatedly tells him he cant do anything which he keeps bringing up anyway. at one point he says to dead "how can i be sure he wont o it again?" (referring to the "rdm") at this point i get mad and tell dedi "I'm going to lose my shit, he's yours." (i didn't wanna deal with him, he was making me mad and i didn't wanna do something id regret) the whole convo with him was pointless, i left later on cause i was bored, i get back on shortly after to help black fire cause "she" who i found out was null was attempting to rdm him or something, null was trying to force his way into their base once i got there, black stun sticked him out and tried closing the door but he barged back in, black shot at him and he ran away. after that i went out side messing around and was sitting at the door, null opens fire on me barley killing me, he then kills the gun dealer, touche went to deal with him, but i told touche id handle it cause he shot me 1st. when talking to him he said we shit him, but i watched it and only black-heart did, he then changed it to only two of them did which i said no. he ran away from me in the middle of admining and i slayed him for it, he got mad and again argued with me over it (at this point i was undercover with a different name) he then left with saying "this is pathetic."(i have proof of this) I'm not sure if he meant me or the server.


Any way i don't know what to do about this and hope a higher up could do something. i would like Black heart to pots here along with deadikation please. thank you.
