For one, I think having the nominate button on someone's post is a little bit inconvenient. I think there should be a button on someone's profile to nominate someone for A/MotM.

Secondly, I think getting awarded for MotM should only be applied to members, and same goes with AotM with admins. I know admins are technically members, but I feel it's not fair if a member who's active on the servers and/or forums gets beat out by an admin via popularity vote. I understand that, yes, this entire premis is a popularity thing, but I feel we should limit that so our actual population has a chance to vote on a good member. Admins have their go at this with the obvious AotM reward, so why should we take away from those who aren't admins by giving MotM to an admin?
