I think it would be a good idea to have the rules of our servers displayed on the loading screen of each server. Usually people join a server and accept the rules without even reading them. When the rules are on the loading screen, the joining person is bored and has nothing better to do than to read the rules. We can have this and the MOTD when joining for max possibility.
