TTT Patch 5/24/2013: The Return of the Arma Dragon

Patch Notes:
Special Rounds have been added to the server. These are a sort of minigame that take place on the last round of a map. There are four different rounds currently implemented.

C4 is now able to be planted on the back of a player.

The CSS weapons have been reverted back to their original state. This means that a lot of the weapons will behave differently. The rest of the missing CSS weapons have also been re-added to the server.

Evolve has been updated majorly. I've re-written a lot of the backend code that handles player info and ranks and implemented a simple caching method for ranks. This will hopefully alleviate the problem of lag when using admin commands, but, further testing with a full server will be needed to see if it does.

Adverts have been added to the server so that admins no longer have to type them out themselves.

Known Bugs:
C4 does not display the countdown timer on its model. This is a bug with GMod, I cannot fix this.

Awesome! I can't wait to get home and see all that was added and how much fun it is! I love the love that is been given to TTT, thank you to everyone in charge of the decision making, coding and all the pain in the ass that must go with this work!

Server was full most of the night after the updates. People could not even get in Cough Cough DONATE RESERVE SLOT! I plan on going through the map request section today and updating the maps. Our goal is to provide to you the best servers we can.
