*In an Announcer Voice (Go on, read out loud, you want to)*
Hey y'all its time for an indiscriminate giveaway of a game which would knock the multicoloured socks of Kris Kringle himself! This specific game is up for offer of one lucky winner, lucky being if you can brainstorm the answer to the question that will follow! Not sure what y'all be getting yourself in for with this game? Then come in close, gather round and sit tight, let Bourbon tell you a story.
This game is about a guy, in a world, which has seen better days. Like, seriously better, post nuclear kind, you've eaten the last pizza slice without my permission type. Literally hell hath no fury on the this Earth. I digress, so you happen to be this guy with a classic name. We'll call him Artyom for now. So Artyom is assigned a duty, a quest, an adventure, a legacy, whatever word you'd like to insert, and to complete this he must face the darker sides of the metro and polluted skies of the world above. But wait. It gets better. During this escapade he will find friend and foe to help him during some difficult times. Why is it so difficult? Let me tell you... from trading bullets, to empty filters and sluggish children throwing your aim off the trials you'll endure will be varied, linear and oh so tantalizing.
To top it all this also comes with the ranger DLC included after that update some time ago so step it up a notch, have your HUD (No, not me, the in game display) stolen away, ammunition misplaced and everything become a little bit more perilous in one of the most masochistic modes yet!
Still interested? Then read on!
^ Wanna be that guy, I sure did. They told me I could be anything, I became that box ^
Now where is the catch I hear you cry! Ah, there is a catch... this is true. First you must play my little game of pointless amusement and answer a question! A riddle if you will. Being the theme is of a lonely offer, the riddle shall match so!
Like a blanket I can cover you, with many names you can say,
Mistake me not to begin with a D nor with N do I lay,
Some believe I may take you, from these they will pray,
On a sundial I could be found, angles vary they may,
For I grow without sunlight and shrink in the day,
If you stand still for too long, in the same place I won't stay,
Follow you I can, however a singular I am nay,
But flee from sight I will, if touched by bright ray.
What am I?
Send your answer to me via PM, comment or like if you will and after random selection be done, my booty I'll spill. ARGH!
First Hint: It is not the SUN or a light source as an answer.
Second Hint: They make a great hiding place.
You have up to three guesses.
