I haven't read through this entire thread however descisions regarding how long ban lengths are a Management matter and isn't really a decision that is left to be voted by the Community. Otherwise people would request bans to be lower than they should be.

We appreciate the feedback and will thoroughly read through this thread and post a response soon from management in regards to the matter of Ghosting ban lengths.
