    Xbox One No longer restricted!

It's a good day for people that were on the fence about getting a Xbox One.

Microsoft is backing down from many of the restrictive software policies it had previously outlined for its next-generation console, the Xbox One. An update to the Xbox One website details the almost total reversal of restrictions related to online check-ins, the ability to play games offline, region locking and secondhand sales of games.

This was bound to happen eventually. I'm sure Microsoft wasn't just sitting there saying "Huh, guess everyone hates us now. Oh well #yolo".

I dun see any issue with them including the Kinect... I actually played some Kinect games and they are quite fun... if the device is anywhere near the way they describe it... I can imagine a CoD-like game coming out where you are the controller... so long as you don't mind running in place for 8 hours a day...

I am glad that Microsoft saw the error in the new Xbox and decided to change it... Just a note, "Downloaded titles cannot be shared or resold."... If you plan on sharing... buy the disk...

For anyone saying "They finally listened to the gamers!". False. They listened to their wallets. PS4 was DOMINATING on pre orders from various sites such as Gamestop and Amazon, being the biggest retailers to sell the consoles.

I will say this before and will forever stand by it, Big companies, like Sony, EA, Activision, CAPCOM, Square Enix and other big gaming companies, don't give a dam about you. They care about the money you have, end of story. All companies have to do is put on a fake smile and say "Sorry, we promise to be better" and with that they can regain a majority of people who have strayed away from them.

How can you say thats False? Because it's not false, and the reason why is the exact thing you posted. They did listen to the gamer's because the gamer's said they would not buy their console if it had these restrictions. They do want to sell their product and make money, so to do so they had to listen to what the people wanted and they made the change.
