Title explains it all. I have a $1,200 budget and I'm looking for some builds (custom parts, I'm building it myself). This is a gaming computer obviously, and I want the best PC I can buy with this amount.

I like Nvidia and Intel stuff for cards and CPUs, so stick to those brands please.

I want a full-tower (obviously?) for a case.

My room gets maybe 85 or 90 degrees in the summer, so I really want good cooling.

I can get a copy of Windows 7/8 from a friend, so don't add the OS to the equation.
