I have laughed off a hell of a lot worse than pre-round "RDM". I rarely get all uppity, because at the end of the day this is a casual video game on a server owned by a community that is designed around having fun.

No, the main problem of this as far as I am concerned is if people start trying to use this as an OK to just RDM everyone at random at the start of the round. Which from the looks of it, is what people seem to be arguing in favor for so they can just throw it around and be asked to stop when it finally annoys someone.

You go around flicking everyone of your friends on the nose. Sometimes to random strangers who happen to be in the area. They get mad at you, are they supposed to have to ask you to not randomly flick them on the nose?

As silly as the example sounds, small things on top of a day of shit, can make everything worse. Nobody should have to ask to not be annoyed by people who are simply being insensitive towards others on a grand scale.

It's good that you personally don't get all uppity about things that happen to you kn a game server. However, for some people, video games can be a great escape from the shit that is life, so lets not brazenly make this a habit on the server.
