What duties does this job have?

With this job they protect the mayor and mayor only. They go get things for him, they guard the front door they "check" everyone before they go to see the mayor. However, there cant be a secret Service if there is no mayor so have the job be invisible or "unable" to go they job.

What model do you suggest?
