I'm going to reduce the ban, why? because it was a slip up and should have been warned not to do it again, it wasn't directed at anyone or blatantly done to get banned. Yes, members should know better because they are members, but it was a simple mistake that shouldn't have been an instant ban.

Now, yes there is a zero tolerance to Racism, but if it's a simple mistake I don't feel an instant ban is required and only a warn should suffice, if it's directed in the way to harm another player, or just blantantly I can understand instant bans. To all admins please warn players first if it's just a slip up.
