Here is my idea. It is huge and would take a lot of planning and organizing.

It starts with our community. We make a team of CS:S Players, using tryouts and such to get the best ones (Maybe 5 or 8 or however many max for a side on a CS:S game). The team is known as the TNS team or something. All of the team will put a tag for it on their name.

Next, Rigel or someone talks to other communities to see if they'd be willing to make teams of CS:S players within their community.

Then there can be scheduled games on certain servers where the teams fight, and there can be a winner every year/month (or some period of time) like a sport, but with videogames. There can be home games (Our server) and away games (Another community's server).

Then the wins and losses can be recorded and it would be really cool!
