I'm thinking that when Cps are raiding someone that is wanted they get shot at for raiding their base. After the warrant and wanted is expired, the CPs would say, "You still shot at us" and then just re-want them and re warrant and just start another raid.

Can it be to where the, "You still shot at us" is not a valid reason to just raid again like not a second later after the first raid?
