I've been playing but one of the issues we have as a guild is we aren't open inviting / recruiting. Most of the other guilds on the server are mass recruiting, it will be hard for us to make an endgame group without accepting anyone who wants to join. Especially in a new MMO, we should be open recruiting.

So let's start recruiting! If we need to promote more officers or Senior members that can invite people then lets do it. Also if we are recruiting then people need to be playing. Worst thing ever is to get invited to a guild and no one is playing.
