      Dark RP suggestions

      1. Clarify corrupt cop/swat rules (Do you have to change your job name, can you raid if paid, what?)

      2. Increase gangster limit to 5, same for mafia
      (Edit: Currently Gangster limit is 4 including leader, mafia is unlimited.)
