MERITS:

When you get a Merit you have done something that was beyond the Call of Duty, or you have done something right.

For Example, If we are doing a contract to raid a base and you are the last one standing, but you go on and finish the contract yourself without fail is beyond the Call of Duty.

You can also get a Merit by reporting a fellow Member for his misdeeds or wrong doings, say someone in Leviathan is breaking rules and/or arguing with an admin or trolling, if you report him instead of yelling at him and braking rules yourself, you can gain a Merit.

You also get Merits by good behavior and good Conduct.

DEMERITS:

A Demerit is when you do something wrong and/or selfish.

For Example: We get a contract and we get paid beforehand but you decide its easier to just take the money and run that is something that will not be tolerated.

You also get Demerits for breaking rules and arguing with people for stupid reasons, or if you falsely accuse a fellow member of doing something wrong that they did not do, that will get you a Demerit.

You will also get Demerits for bad behavior and bad conduct, arguing with your superior Officer will not be tolerated, doing something that he tells you not to do is also bad behavior.

A Merit is not a promotion and a Demerit is not demotion they just show you if you are on thin ice or if you have done the right thing.
