All good things must come to an end -Chaucer

It is with great displeasure that I have to make this announcement. After careful consideration and long discussions, the Board of Directors has come to the decision that we will be closing our doors effective next month. This decision was not made lightly, and it was a very difficult decision to make. Back in 2010 myself, Mostly Harmless and Silentfaith came up with the idea to make TNS-Gaming, along with the assistance of Rigel Betelguise and Lavagod, and I want to say that we are all very proud of what we have achieved over the years. We are so proud to have made a Community that was a success, and we have met and made so many new friends that we will remember forever. We want to thank every single member of this Community, without the support of everybody we would have never made it this far and it truly hurts us to have to come to this decision.

There are several reasons why we have decided to close the doors here at TNS-Gaming, and realistically one of the biggest factors is finances. For the past several months, even years to be honest we have survived on a month to month basis having to do donation drives to stay afloat and that shouldn't be how a Community is run. The gaming world has changed so much and other avenues of gathering people together like Steam has replaced the good old gaming communities. Times have changed and we’re trying to keep the past alive, and that isn't working anymore.

There are beyond to many people we would like to thank and show appreciation for, so we are going to keep it simple and say THANK YOU, from the bottom of our hearts for all of the hard work and dedication over the years everyone has shown us here. We hope that everyone continues to be happy, and live a happy life. Life is to short to hold grudges, and regret things... live your life to the fullest and stay happy.

-Servers will be running until July 20th-23rd
-TNS is not for sale, nor will it be given away
-There is no extra donation money, we didn't have enough to cover the last bill
-Forums will remain active, along with TS3 for an unknown period

It was a great run, had a great time, sadly some things need to end. Good bye TNS.

Steam Group will stay open, and the forums and even TS will remain open. I am going to pay for TS myself and for the Forum host just to keep the site alive. This was a hard choice, but I want to at lest keep the site alive just to look back on all the good times here, but even to keep the site up for people that may want to keep posting or connections with people.

We want to keep the connections that have been made here, so I will keep a TS3 server going and post the new IP. It will stay up as long as people use it. The Steam Group will even be active here and there to get people maybe playing BF4 together or other games.

This community last way longer than any one ever thought it would. 3+ years. That is something to be proud of. Most community's don't last 3 months.

Good times were had here and that's something I'll never forget.
