No offense but the characters look really stupidly drawn... their eyes like droop down so that the bottoms face each other at an obtuse angle; which makes their eyes look a bit stupider than 'derpy'.

It's supposed to be a realistic anime...? The fighting scenes are stupid and make me want to vomit (I know it's not supposed to be an action, but still). They're that retardedly unrealistic.

The anime itself is a bore. The first couple episodes consist of the main character going place to place and occasionally conversing with a couple girls in a pedophilic manor that I can't even remember/keep track of. I left off where the guy goes into their house and has dinner after he insults a girl's mother about her baking while the father makes fun of him.

Maybe I just didn't connect to it; my emotions weren't flowing at all. I was trying to feel open like I do watching every other anime I do; but this one didn't click with me. Another anime a lot like this was Kanon; I was desperate because I didn't have Netflix and I couldn't find any other anime so I tried to watch it and I couldn't because the characters looked too stupid and the anime was so slow.

tl;dr Clannad sucks and @ClearlyAzn; is an overemotional negligent person who likes every anime he watches.

So to get started with my reviews; all the URLed anime titles will lead to the first episode of the anime where I watched them. These are my honest opinions and Clannad sucks ^^. The question of dub or sub is a hard one; I will include the dub if the voice acting was not terrible, and it was dubbed over or actually animated specifically for English watchers, much how FUNimation does their animes. If the dub was crappy, or I didn't watch it in dubbed format, then I will just post the subbed version. Also you're stupid if you don't have AdBlock when you visit these anime sites.

Some animes that I have really enjoyed are Mirai Nikki, Eureka Seven, Fooly Cooly (or commonly known as FLCL), and Angel Beats!.

Mirai Nikki is my personal favorite anime; it is more of an action/drama kind of anime and it does have some obvious romance in it. It's about a 14 or 15 year old boy commonly named Yukki, and how he gets something called a future diary that are made into a game by a god-like character named Deus Ex Machina. There are twelve other future diaries and each much fight each other to the death. The winner is effectively crowned god: lord of space and time. Yukki meets this oddly insane girl named Gasai Yuno, who will do anything for him. She will delve into the heart of battle just to make certain that he survives and etcetera. At first Yukki is creeped out that Yuno is so obsessed with him; but eventually they grow closer, not realizing that they will have to kill each other eventually (or the world ends, because the current god, Deus Ex, is fading away). All of this goes down while having to fight off the other 10 players of the game, who also want god. In all I give Mirai Nikki a 9.7 out of 10, just because it's great, though at times it's like, "Really? Was that really necessary?"

Mirai Nikki is good though maybe not 9.7 good but it is a good anime. Also saying that Deus was fading away is a spoiler........... The ending was also kinda a coup out.

Clannad worked with a couple endings which could be seen as a coup out to but all their endings ended well while Mirai's fell short of what I hoped for.
