As most of you know the state of the ability to kill the mayor is soley dependent on whether or not he/she made laws.
It is my belief that this concept is rubbish.
I would like to suggest adding a rule stating that killing the mayor must require a roleplay reason, such as the Mafia killing the mayor due to a firearm restriction which would interfere with their purchase of firearms from a gun dealer.
Another example is when a regular CP kills the mayor for the reason of lack of restrictions, such as if the mayor takes everything that can be legal and makes them legal. However, it is in my belief that said CP should have to ask the mayor to make a change to the laws before deciding to kill him/her.
Please take this concept into consideration. Killing the mayor simply for the reason of "Oh, he made laws!" sounds a lot like FailRP in my opinion.
Thank you for your time.
