In the TTT servers everyone is able to PM, this can be used to ghost and many other things. It needs to be disabled for members and visitors like it used to be. It was for Donators+ but I think Arma forgot to turn it off when he edited the server. It needs to be either made for Donator+, admin+ or just disabled.
