What is your suggestion?

On the map,there are only a few of houses that seem suitable for regular people (Penthouse, Mansion, Apartments..) and I am proposing a new area that extends from the beach spawn to a residential area.

I am judging regular people as people that are not:
Gangster
Mafia
Drug Dealer
Thief

The area wouldn't require too many homes, but maybe a couple more that extends the beach so that it seems suitable in some more RP situations.
