Undoubtedly, Sword Art Online is one of the biggest animes to come out in recent times. Its a perfect anime for new comers of the genre to watch and it does have somewhat of a good story. Anyway if you are a fan of SAO or anime in general then I do have some exciting news. Toonami is premiering the Dubbed version of the show in August.

For those of you living under a rock, Toonami is a block on Adult Swim that showcases some of anime's best shows like Soul Eater, Naruto, Cowboy Beebop and much more! It airs on Saturday nights from 12AM to 6AM.

The announcement comes in the form of a video. It shows the AI companion, Sara, announcing to an audience from Anime Boston that SAO will be premiering on Toonami in August!



This is big news to see that one of anime's biggest shows is coming over the the east! I really do hope that a lot of people check out this show! Like I said before, I think this is the perfect anime to start with for those looking into getting into watching anime.
