It looks pretty good!
My only complaint is that it's difficult to see advisors in the shout box because of the dark background.

This is a small detail I noticed, but using a capitalized N instead would make it a whole lot better IMO.

Just a few small details. On the characters, you see those very fine white edges? The ones that are all pixilated and just 1 pixel wide? You can fix that in photoshop by adding an inner glow to each character, changing the glow color to black, and just adding a very small amount of it. It makes the characters look 3d instead of 2d drawings and just adds better perspective. Another thing is the shadow below their feet. It doesn't look quite right, maybe try experimenting with it, or even a whole separate shadow for each individual character? And the characters is another thing. They look awesome and cool but it would be neat if you could get characters that are awesome and cool as well as making them go along with the theme of our community. For instance, more characters from gmod or source games. Just whatever you feel like doing. Experimenting with things usually ends up making it look great.

The text box for typing threads/replys/shotbox should have its color fixed

The shotbox text-editor sticks out like a sore thumb on the website. On the previous dark theme we had it was the same color as the background of the shoutbox.
